Warranty:
- We put these laptops & PC's through an extensive refurbishment process. This leaves the hardware components as close to good as new as possible.
- We are confident in the products that we sell, therefore, we offer a 90 day warranty as standard with all our laptops, PC's, tablets and smartphones.
- The warranty is effective from the delivery date for 90 days.
- In the event that a problem occurs within the first 90 days, we will collect and replace the item free of charge within 10 days.
- What the warranty does not cover.
- The warranty does not cover accidental damage. It also does not cover software problems such as viruses/malware, or other file corruption. The battery is guaranteed to last for at least 1 hour. Batteries will be replaced if they do not meet that criteria if reported within 7 days of receipt. Outside of this, batteries are not covered by a warranty as they are classed as a consumable item.
Shipping
- We do not post to destinations outside of the UK and will cancel any orders from abroad.
- Please contact us for postage and packaging to Highlands and Islands.
- We aim to post all orders within 2-4 working days.
- Just so you know our postal cycle is every Monday/Wednesday/Friday, so if you've purchased something at the end of any of these days, or on Tuesday/Thursday/or the weekend, your item will be posted on the next available postal day.
Our grading system:
Grade A - Brand new, or opened and never used, complete with all accessories & box, or re-boxed.
Grade B - Used, but in excellent condition, with very minor if any signs of use/scuffs/scratches. No original accessories/box.
Grade C - Used, in very good condition but with some visible signs of use, scuffs/scratches/minor dents etc. No original accessories/box.
Grade D - Used, in good overall condition, but with visible signs of use, scratches/scuffs/dents. No original accessories/box.
Grade E - Used in fair condition, very visible signs of use, scuffs/scratches/dents. No original accessories/box.
